We’re renowned for our exceptional customer service and care because we love what we do and we take a genuine interest in all of our patients and clients.
OUR STORY
When Vince and Andrea first opened the doors in 1986, their mission was simple – to help their patients have the best vision and eye health possible, and to provide the kind of individual, personalised service they knew was missing from most corporate optometry stores. It’s a service they’re famous for.
Over the years, the practice has grown into the vibrant and friendly community hub it is today, where everyone is welcomed by name. A highly-skilled and qualified optical dispenser with over 40 years’ experience, Vince started his career working in corporate optical labs before opening the store with wife Andrea and they’ve never looked back.

Our professional and caring team of dedicated eye health professionals has also grown, with the addition of qualified optometrists, Carol Van and Rebecca Kilfoyle, and experienced optical dispenser Mary Lawrence.
